Booking Policy

• We require certain information to allow us to process your hotel booking and notify you of the booking confirmation. When you book, we need to know your name, address and email address, telephone number as well as your credit or debit card number, expiry date and security number in the back of the card.
• We may also ask for deposit to be paid in advance if the booking for the self-catering apartments is more than 3 days long. For all the bookings - short breaks or long term accommodation the payments will be required in advance.

Check In / Check Out

• You may check in from 14:00 hours onwards.
• You must check out by 11:00 hours.

Cancellations

• Bookings must be cancelled 1 day in advance of your arrival date if it is 1 night booking and 1 week in advance if it's longer than one night booking.
• In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 1 day notice prior to the date of arrival or a week for long term bookings, an amount equivalent to one night/week average cost of accommodation will be charged.
